With a keen eye for detail (especially when treats are involved) and a natural talent for stress relief, Ted is always there to boost morale and bring a little extra joy to the home-buying and selling process. Whether he’s greeting clients with a wagging tail, supervising closings from his cozy office bed, or reminding everyone to take a well-deserved break, Ted ensures every transaction is handled with care.

When he’s not hard at work providing emotional support and office entertainment, you can find Ted enjoying his favorite pastimes—long walks, belly rubs, and strategically positioning himself for snack-time opportunities.
